| Summary | In my third and most challenging role at Melbourne IT, I have taken on the role of Web Team leader. At a high level, this involves managing people, projects and overall strategy of the Web Architecture. My biggest challenge so far has been finding the balance between architecting a general platform and roapmap for our websites to improve efficiency in development whilst allowing for business continuity. This has been successful of late, where we have rolled out two major component of that plan - an Enterprise CMS, and an upgrade of the base technology for Melbourne IT. |
